ABOUT ME
I am a 21 year old, Kent based photographer.
I started out doing landscape photography in 2014 on a holiday in Cornwall.
I went on to study photography as an A Level where I not only looked at landscape photography in more depth, but I also explored many other different types of photography.
I typically take my landscape images either at sunrise or sunset which means being up and out very early, but it is worth it most of the time. Usually I photograph by the sea as I love experimenting with long exposures.
Since leaving sixth form, I have continued to pursue a career in photography, opening up an Etsy store and producing landscape calendars for the past 3 years.
While landscape photography has always been my first love, I found that I also really enjoyed day in the life, family photography when I studied it for my exams. I love producing candid images that capture real emotion.
WHY DAY IN THE LIFE?
I prefer to capture families in a 'day in the life' candid style because it is more natural. I am able to capture true emotion and real memories rather than something that is 'put on' for the camera like in a posed shoot.
Now I am doing a bit of both, capturing the landscapes everyone loves as well as the moments you want to cherish forever.
